This page is a compilation of resources for physical education and exercise to do with the kids that can be incorporated into the kids home learning routine or just as part of daily family routine to keep active and healthy while at home. These are suggestions made by parents who have used these resources with their children and the whole family.


PE with Joe

Starting Monday 23rd March, The Body Coach Joe Wicks will be hosting daily free workouts aimed at kids live on YouTube.

Wworkouts are fun and suitable for all ages and even adults can get involved. No equipment needed, just tune in to his YouTube channel at 9am each morning for a 30-minute, fun workout.
